Taryn, I love that you have a blog now!! Ok, easy meals...tacos are always an easy one of course. Also, a really easy recipe but it's a crock-pot one. You probably don't have one. Maybe you can score one at the DI? Anyway, throw in 6-8 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts, a can of diced tomatoes, lots of pepper and a little salt. Put the lid on, let it cook for 6 hours and walah! You can use the chicken all week. I like topping salads with it. I know I have more. I'll email ya. Love ya!
Check out the recipe sections in there! The food is absolutely amazing and they are usually fairly easy to make with step-by-step instructions! Saved me and some roommates last year
A favorite of mine is Baked Chicken in Chablis. It is a hearty chicken dish with the perfect blend of spices. It is fairly simple to make, and only requires some herbs, lemon juice, oil, some Chablis sauce, a large wooden bowl, and one dead, plucked chicken.
To cook, just combine 1 garlic clove, some lemon juice and olive oil, and salt into a large wooden bowl. Gently set your plucked chicken into the large wooden bowl to marinate for 3 to 3.245 hours, turning it frequently. Generously sprinkle praprkia onto your chicken and set it in a heated oven (375 o's) for 47 minutes.
Heat the sauce in another baking pan, then once everything is cooked combine it all in your large wooden bowl and enjoy!
